Lots of people think that you have to be born an outlier to become an outlier.

But you can often go from average to outlier just by taking your training seriously – especially in education, where the default approach is wildly inefficient.

You don’t have to grind every waking hour.
You don’t even have to put more time in.
You can probably even put *less* time in.

You just need to use that time as efficiently as possible.

Education is nowhere close to the efficient frontier, and so much student potential is left unrealized.

In fact the biggest waste of natural resources may be unrealized human potential.
